My UX Process
How I design and improve complex enterprise products in agile, cross-functional teams.
Turn business requests into clear UX goals and defined scopes. I work closely with POs and stakeholders to gather requirements, align early with developers on technical boundaries, and help the PO with the Jira documentation.
To hit those UX goals, I usually start by forming hypotheses based on established heuristics (like NN/g) and industry best practices. Then, I back those ideas up with available analytics and user data to make sure we are heading in the right direction.
Co-create solutions in cross-functional Scrum teams through workshops and sprint-based iteration, building rapid prototypes to run usability tests and validate our earlier UX hypotheses.
Take those tested solutions, document the component behaviors directly in Figma Dev Mode, and align with developers for precise implementation, stepping in for quality control on the frontend code.
